Depicted moment

In Castle Avernus’s slaughterhouse, Rage holds the stitched giant at bay, Ignatius fights through supernatural revulsion, and Carver directs Chip’s Flamethrower through the abomination and its lesser dead.

Artistic interpretation

The creatures were never given explicit names, so their anatomy and arrangement remain interpretive. Chip is shown in the Flamethrower configuration used during the battle, with broad spectral fire replacing the Force Ballista effect seen in many earlier scenes.

The accepted final revision restores Chip’s four distinct feline legs and presents Carver at his established humanoid scale rather than as an unusually diminutive figure.
