Pearl Strikes the Fire Elemental

Depicted moment
In the Castle Avernus Torture Chamber, Pearl lands the killing blow on the huge fire elemental. Rage, Carver, and Ignatius press the attack as smaller elemental sparks swarm around the central brazier.
Artistic interpretation
The exact striking pose, the elemental’s breaking form, the number and positions of lesser sparks, and the torture chamber’s architecture are visual interpretation. The scene compresses the party’s chromatic magic, monk strikes, reckless attacks, and Pearl’s finishing blow into one moment.
Canonical status
Approved Session 19 artwork. The rendering was refined after review to reduce visual noise, clarify Carver’s tabaxi face and compact crossbow, and remove an incidental off-hand dagger from Rage while retaining the accepted battle composition. Pearl remains an earthen grave elemental with burial debris, rather than a skeletal or stone construct.
Alt text
In a cage-lined dark-metal chamber, Pearl—a hulking elemental of grave soil, roots, bones, and coffin fragments—strikes through a towering humanoid shape of orange flame. Ignatius leaps at the fire, Carver fires a compact crossbow beside spectral Chip, and Rage advances with his greataxe as the copper brazier glows below.
