The Rat House Erupts

Depicted moment

Outside the Rat House, Rage, Ignatius, and Carver fight the three Boneless that ambushed them. Behind the creatures, rats pour from the darkness and merge into the enormous rat-swarm beast.

Artistic interpretation

The alley’s shape, the beast’s exact silhouette, and the party’s attacks are visual staging. The scene preserves the known count of three Boneless and shows the rat beast during its formation, not as a statement of its exact creature type.

Canonical status

Accepted Session 21 artwork. It preserves Rage’s single-headed greataxe, Ignatius’s unarmed martial combat, and Carver’s adult tabaxi scale with a compact crossbow that is clearly not a firearm.
