Fire and Armored Claws

Depicted moment

The trap and the sabercat’s pounce are compressed into one instant: Carver is already falling while the beast is still in flight. Clothing burns are temporary scene interpretation, not permanent injuries. The feline’s tawny coat and fitted plate barding are an illustrative design; no name, stat block, training, or purpose is established. See Session 30.

Canonical status

Session illustration. Visual staging does not add facts beyond the table record. Recurring characters retain their established identity; the raven and sabercat have newly interpreted designs.

• Character identity reference: Carver Portrait.
• The selected version preserves Carver’s dexterous, gloved-looking humanoid hands.
