Burial chambers beneath Castle Avernus where the party searched unsuccessfully for Irik Zal’honan’s tomb and found the amnesiac prisoner Voss.

The party descended here after Irik said his tomb lay below.
Two large skeletal guardians protected a barred cell.
The cell held Voss, a human man behaving with animal desperation.
Ignatius destroyed one guardian with acid breath after a flurry of blows.
Rage shattered the other and later smashed open Voss’s cage.
Carver used a dried black lily to calm Voss.
The party did not locate Irik’s tomb.
A nearby chamber held hundreds upon hundreds of corpses and overwhelmed Rage with fear.

Partially explored. Voss is free, but Irik’s tomb remains unfound and the corpse-filled routes continue deeper beneath the castle.
