Ooru’s Farewell at Har’Akir

Depicted moment

Ooru leaves the River Dancer when its Mist passage briefly reaches his Har’Akiri homeland. His companions gather at the rail to see him off as the ship’s red stern paddlewheel, shallow sea, and desert shore frame the farewell.

Canonical status

This is canonical Session 23 art. It preserves Ooru’s departure and the party’s full farewell company. The placement of the figures, the exact dinghy position, and the Har’Akiri shoreline are interpretive staging; Voss remains in his amnesia-era prisoner clothing, before his later revelation as Mordenkainen.
