  • Introduced himself as Siv, or Slippery Siv.
  • Is from Martira Bay and once performed thefts and burglaries for the Kargat.
  • Stole something from Azalin and was imprisoned by the Dark Lord as punishment.

Current status

Last met at the Blue Water Inn before festival morning, now holding a sending stone paired with Carver’s. No report from his requested watch over Watcher House is recorded. His Martira Bay underground lead remains unexplored.
