Known facts
- Lafing and another fox were imprisoned together in the Castle Avernus Beast Prison.
- Both transformed into werefoxes and initially attacked after Rage freed them.
- The party persuaded them it meant no harm.
- A nearby werebear reached from its cage, seized Lafing’s companion, and killed her.
- After the party killed the werebear, Carver carried off Lafing’s companion’s body in the hope that she could be saved.
- Lafing gave his name and traveled with the party to the torture chamber.
- Carver used a raise dead scroll to restore Lafing’s companion, whose name is Fling.
Current status
Newly freed companion. He remains with the party, reunited with Fling after Carver restored her to life, and kept watch during the final night before the River Dancer sailed from Martira Bay.
